A single Expert
One clinician or researcher on a defined question: a protocol read, a regulatory question, a clinical opinion.
A panel review
Work prepared in-house or by a third party, reviewed by people who had no part in preparing it. The Experts may discuss it among themselves. Each gives their own conclusion, in their own words, and none is asked to agree with the others.
A scientific or medical advisory board
Standing or one-off, with a defined scope. Same structure, same screening, same four lines.
A fractional role
A senior Expert over a longer period on a defined scope: medical director, clinical advisor, regulatory lead. Funded monthly in advance.

You sign one agreement with us. Each Expert signs another. What you are promised in yours is what the Expert has undertaken in theirs, and the reverse.
